Indonesian comfort food, sambal! This time with a variation of baby squid and sliced petai, guaranteed to eat so hungrily.

Ingredients:
300 g baby squid
10 cloves shallot slices
2 btg lemongrass, thinly sliced
3 lbr orange leaves, thinly sliced
3 boards of petai, peeled, thinly sliced
7 red cayenne slices
1 tomato, sliced
1 teaspoon mushroom
Salt oil fried
Smooth ingredients:
7 cloves shallot
3 cloves garlic
20 curly red chillies
4.2gr grilled shrimp paste
1 tablespoon brown sugar

How to Make:
1. Fried sliced shallots, sliced lemongrass, and orange leaves to dry but not charred, set aside 2. With the same oil, fry the petai and red chili which has been thinly sliced to dry, set aside. 3. Saute ground spices with sliced tomatoes until fragrant.
4. Add baby squid, cook until cooked.
5. Add ingredients that have been fried before. Add mushroom broth and salt, stir well. Turn off the heat. Serve with warm white rice.
