This is one of American's favorite food either for breakfast or luch. The cooking process is quite simply, yet it gives a lot of energy since it rich of protein. Those factors makes this dish as a great choice for breakfast. The cheeziness and melted mozzarella is a star from this dish. Moreover, kids will definetely love it!
Ingredients:

125 g rigatoni pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
5 pieces smoked beef
1 tbsp flour
500 ml milk
125 g grated cheddar
200 g grated mozzarella (sprinkle on top)
Ground black pepper adjust to your taste
Cooking tools:
1 Heat resistant container, 23x17 cm size
Steps:
1. Heat the oven on 200° C
2. Cook the pasta, add salt to season. Cook until al dente (a little chewy). Strain.
3. Heat the pan, add olive oil.
4. Cook the smoked beef, then set aside.
5. Melt the butter using a low heat.
6. Add flour, mix well.
7. Add milk, stir.
8. Add cheddar cheese, give it another stir.
9. Cook for a while until it blends.
10. Put macaroni in the heat resistant container.
11. Add the smoked beef, spread evenly.
12. Pour the cheese sauce.
13. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese.
14. Bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
15. Serve when it's hot.
