Ingredients:
150 gr All-Purpose flour
300 ml Plain milk
55 g powdered sugar A pinch of salt
1 ½ tbsp chocolate powder
¼ tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Stuffing:
2 plantain bananas, split into 2
1 tbsp margarine
Granulated sugar
Chocolate sprinkles
Steps:
1.Grill the plantain bananas using a margarine with a medium heat.
2. Sieve the flour and the chocolate powder. Add powdered sugar, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the eggs and milk slowly until the batter mixed well.
3. Cook the batter thinly.
4. If it’s done, side aside and put the grilled banana on the crepe. Add the chocolate sprinkle then fold the batter from the left and right then roll it. You can decorate it as you wish before you serve it.
