Bahan:
Bahan Ubi:
250 g ubi ungu
150 ml santan agak kental
½ sdt garam
30 g tepung beras
50 g tepung sagu
100 g gula pasir halus
Bahan putih/santan:
125 ml santan kental
½ sdt garam
25 g tepung beras
1 sdm tepung sagu
25 ml air
Cara Membuat:
1. Kupas Ubi lalu rebus hingga ubi empuk.
2. Haluskan ubi rebus dengan santan menggunakan blender.
3. Campur tepung sagu, tepung beras, gula pasir, garam dan campuran ubi ungu. Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit hingga mencapai tekstur yang diinginkan.
4. Oles cetakan menggunakan sedikit minyak lalu masukkan ¾ adonan talam.
5. Kukus selama 3 menit hingga ⅓ matang.
6. Sambil menunggu, buat adonan putih. Campur tepung beras, tepung sagu, garam dan Santan, lalu tambahkan air 3-5 sdm.
7. Masukkan lapisan putih ke atas adonan talam dalam kukusan.
8. Kukus hingga matang selama 10-15 menit.
9. Tunggu kue talam agak dingin, keluarkan dari cetakan lalu siap disajikan.

Sweet Potato Ingredients:
250 gr purple sweet potato
150 ml of thick coconut milk
½ tsp salt
30 gr of rice flour
50 gr of sagoo flour
100 gr powdered sugar
Coconut milk Ingredients:
125 ml thick coconut milk
½ tsp salt
25 gr of rice flour
1 tbsp of sagoo flour
25 ml of water
How to make:
1. Peel purple sweet potatoes and steam until soft.
2. Blend the steamed sweet potatoes with coconut milk using a blender.
3. Mix sagoo flour, rice flour, powdered sugar, salt and purple sweet potatoes mixture. Add water little by little until it reaches the texture you needed.
4. Grease the mold using a little oil then add the ¾ of the batter mixture.
5. Steam for 3 minutes until cooked.
6. While waiting, make a white batter. Mix rice flour, sagoo flour, salt and coconut milk, then add water 3-5 tbsp.
7. Put the white layer on top of the batter in the steamer.
8. Steam until it's cooked for 10-15 minutes.
9. Let it cool, remove it from the mold and then ready to be served.
