Pavlova Recipe

Pavlova is a dessert originating from Australia. Pavlova is not all that different from meringue, only we don't need to use a molding for Pavlova.

Ingredients:

250 gr of granulated sugar

1 ½ tsp of cornstarch

4 pcs of egg whites

1 tsp of vanilla extract

Topping:

Powdered whipped cream

Water

Blueberry

Strawberry

Mint leaves


Steps:

1. Mix the egg whites with sugar unti it's foamy.

2. Put the batter in mixer, mix it, then add vanilla extract.

3. Pour the batter into paper-covered baking pan. Put the batter in the oven, bake it on 150 degrees for 30 minutes.

4. Cool it down, add whipped cream and mixed berries.
